I work at MIT, Cambridge, Massachusetts and Oxford University, UK.

For those who have nothing better to do with their time than to play with their Scripts (Bots) and check people’s I.P. Numbers, here is a quote from the Oxford University Website:

“2010: There are over 20,466 students at Oxford University, including 11,765 undergraduates and 8,701 postgraduates.”

“Computing: Oxford University Colleges are fully networked, giving free wired Internet connections in every student room.  Students and Staff should note that I.P. Numbers are static, thus all users at the university will have the same I.P. Number which is unchangeable.”

Therefore, including Staff at the University, some 21,000 people have the same I.P. Number!
