Prohibited Content

Adult content

Pornography, adult, or mature content is prohibited.

Dangerous or derogatory content

  • Threatens or advocates for harm on oneself or others;
  • Harasses, intimidates, or bullies an individual or group of individuals;
  • Incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of protected characteristics.

Examples include threats of real-life harm, advocacy of self-harm, targeted harassment, and content glorifying violence or hate against protected groups.

Recreational drugs and drug-related content

  • Promotion of substances used to induce "highs";
  • Products/services facilitating recreational drug use;
  • Instructional content about producing, purchasing, or using recreational drugs.

Alcohol-related content

  • Online sale of alcoholic beverages;
  • Promotion of irresponsible alcohol consumption.

Healthcare-related content

  • Online sale of prescription medication;
  • Sale of unapproved pharmaceuticals or supplements.

Hacking and cracking content

Content that provides instructions, equipment, or access to tamper with or gain unauthorized access to software, servers, or websites is prohibited.

Violent content

No graphic or gory images (e.g., bloodshed, gruesome accidents).

Content that enables dishonest behavior

  • Creating or distributing fake documents or identities;
  • Cheating or fraud services (e.g., exam-taking, passing drug tests).

Illegal content

Underage, non-consensual, or illegal sex acts: strictly prohibited, including any depiction of minors in sexual contexts and solicitation or enticement of minors.

3rd Party Clients & Connections

3rd party clients such as mIRC are allowed to connect to spcn services. We do not provide support for these programs/apps. Use scripts, bots, and third-party clients at your own risk; we cannot guarantee the safety or integrity of your device while such programs are in use.

Alternate Chat Network Advertising

Advertising alternate chat networks/sources is strictly prohibited.

Impersonation & Cloning

Impersonating staff members or other users is a violation of these Terms. Cloning or copying nicknames or room names is prohibited. Choose unique user and room names. Violations can result in room removal and bans.

Third-Party Links & Services

The service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, or if your account is inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Certain provisions by their nature shall survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SPCN.io and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPCN.io SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Governing Law & Venue

Severability; No Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be a waiver of such right or provision.
