Turn on's - Women who are playful and affectionate. I love a woman who is intelligent with very good sense of humor and has a keen sense of what she wants. Women who have the manners and courtesy to respond back to a simple and pleasant greeting in the room. 
Turn off's - Narcissistic people. Women who like to think they are bad a$$es or a biatch indicating insecurity, low self esteem and a lack of confidence.
